Letcombe moved to within three points of the top of Division 1 West with victory against Banbury.
Richard Claydon opened their account from the penalty spot after Banbury keeper Joe Murrell brought down Mark Denny.
Mark Brind made it 2-0, before Simon Tabor free-kick rebounded off a defender into his own net for No 3.

An own goal from former Clanfield skipper Richard Mace saw Clanfield come from 2-0 down to hold the league leaders.
Early on, Clanfield keeper Chris Brain made a superb double save from James Keeble and Lee Cook, before Ben Thomas gave Woodstock the lead.
It was 2-0 when Lee Cook scored from close range, but Dean Barker headed in Reece Winney's corner for his 23rd goal of the season to give Clanfield hope.
After the break, Brain denied Keeble shot, before Clanfield levelled when Mace diverted Steve Knight's shot.
Clanfield almost snatched a win, but Knight shot straight at Alan Foster.

Ian Roper and Ben Moses hit a brace apiece as Oxford City Nomads fought back from a goal down for victory.
Ed Wilkins gave Malmesbury the lead from the spot after he was brought down by Kieran Lewis.
Nomads equalised when Moses scored with a penalty after Ian Roper was felled.
They doubled their lead when Roper headed home, before the same player hit No 3. Roper then crossed for Moses to wrap up their tally.
