A man has been charged with a series of crimes after police appealed to Oxford Mail readers for information.
David Holmes, 28, of Arnold's Way in Botley, Oxford, has been charged with affray, possession of an offensive weapon and harassment.
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Monday and was bailed until April 21.
The charges were made after police appealed for information on the identification of a man caught on a CCTV image last December.
