Crews from Oxford excelled in the Women's Eights Head at Putney on Saturday.
Osiris, the Oxford Women's Boat Race line-up, finished as the top crew of the day for the first time, five seconds ahead of their Oxford Brookes in second place.
As a pointer to the upcoming Women's Boat Race, Oxford were half-a-minute faster than Cambridge.
Ian Shore the Osiris coach said: "I'm speechless. It was a once in a career chance without the internationals, and we took it!"
Osiris were the University and Senior 2 class winners and Oxford Brookes took the Senior 1.
To complete a remarkable local hat-trick, the girls of Headington School won the school/junior honours, ten seconds ahead of the fancied Molesey BC crew.
Headington continued their run of success at the Schools Head at Putney on Tuesday.
On a day when the four-and-a-quarter-mile course was shortened because of the wind, their first crews were pipped by perennial rivals Lady Eleanor Holles in the School Eights, but took revenge with a win over LEH in the junior 16 class and also won the women's maiden fours.
This added to the women's junior octuple and junior 15 quads trophies which Headington won in the Scullery Head at Henley on Monday.
Michael Martin, of Abingdon School, continued his remarkable success rating in the Schools Head.
His first crew finishing second overall behind hot favourites Shrewsbury, the margin being just three seconds.
