POLICE today appealed for witnesses to a collision on the A415 at Frilford.
A green Jeep Cherokee coming from the A338 collided at the cross roads with a blue Volkswagen Passatt which had been travelling towards Abingdon from the direction of Millets Farm.
The crash happened on Saturday at 2.49pm.
PC Ed Turner said: "It must have been luck that this collision didn't have fatal consequences.
"The driver and the passenger of the Jeep were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital and have since been released with only minor injuries.
"I am appealing for witnesses to come forward who may have seen the collision or two cars prior to the incident."
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has any information can contact PC Turner via 0845 8 505 505, or if you do not want to talk to the police or give your name, call the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
