AN ARSONIST set a toilet on fire at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College's main campus in Oxpens Road, Oxford.
The fire was started in a men's toilet on the first floor of a three-storey building at about 12.50pm yesterday and was extinguished by a fire crew within minutes. Nobody was injured.
