“WE have lost our star,” said the family of a woman who was found dead in Wallingford earlier this week.
Katie Hurmuz-Irimia, who has now officially been named as the alleged murder victim by Thames Valley Police, was pronounced dead in Blue Mountains at 2am on Tuesday (August 30).
A post-mortem examination found the provisional cause of death of the 40-year-old mum was stab wounds to the neck and chest.
