A MAN who won £300 in a West Oxfordshire District Council questionnaire donated his winnings to help a school for vulnerable children.
Richard Lethbridge, of Westhall Hill, Fulbrook, was picked at random from 1,700 residents who completed the council's recent environmental survey.
The prize draw allowed him to spend the money on an electrical appliance, but he had just had a new kitchen installed.
He gave the prize to Mulberry Bush School in Standlake, for traumatised children aged five to 12, which used the money to buy a new dishwasher and microwave oven.
