TWO of west Oxfordshire's villages badly hit by last summer's floods are at last to get their pubs back.
Today, Witney MP and Tory party leader David Cameron is reopening the Maytime Inn at Asthall with a party for locals and friends.
And on March 19, eight months to the day since it was submerged under five feet of water, The Swan at Ascott-under-Wychwood will be opening its doors again.
The 400-year-old pub was due for a major revamp when Richard Lait bought it in June last year.
