FIVE generations of an Oxfordshire family enjoyed their biggest and best Mother's Day yet.
Four mothers, from a 91-year-old great, great gran to a young new mother, gathered together in Yarnton for the special day.
The five generations were only completed three weeks ago, when Natasha Alden, 24, gave birth to little Archie.
At the gathering great, great grandmother Mable Labucane, from Kidlington, got to hold Archie for the first time.
The celebrations took place at the home of Archie's great gran, Christine Furniss, 66, in Cassington Road, Yarnton, with the line-up of mums completed by new gran Donna Austin, 44.
Mrs Austin, from Chipping Norton said: "It's amazing. It's lovely to have so many of us together for Mother's Day. It's brilliant because Mable's still so fit and well.
"It shows the benefits of having a family younger. I understand why people have children later in life but if you do have children young you are more fit and able to help with the next generation and we are all able to help each other."
Miss Alden, a constituency assistant for Witney MP David Cameron, said: "It was really exciting to have my first Mother's Day.
"The whole family is going to chip in and look after Archie so it's so nice to have so many mums to call on."
