A MAN died in a crash on the A34 in Oxfordshire after the lorry he was driving overturned.
At around 8.40am yesterday (August 30) a white articulated scaffolding lorry was travelling northwards on the A34 between Milton and Marcham when the vehicle lost control and overturned.
The driver, a man in his 50s from Kent, sadly died at the scene despite the efforts of paramedics from South Central Ambulance and the Air Ambulance.

The man’s next of kin have been informed and they are being supported by specially trained officers. No one else was injured.
The police are now appealing for witnesses following the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Shaun Nash of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit based at Bicester, said: “We are appealing for witnesses to come forward following this incident on the A34 yesterday in which a man sadly died.
“We are asking anyone with dash-cam footage to please upload it to our online portal, or if anyone else has information they believe may be of assistance we would ask them to call 101 quoting reference 43220389104.”
