THE SUSPECT accused of the murder of a Wallingford woman remains in custody, police have confirmed.
The 28-year-old man, whose name has not been released by Thames Valley Police, was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Police officers were called at around 2am to a house in Blue Mountains, Wallingford.
A woman in her 40s, named locally as married mum Katie Hurmuz-Irimia, had suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
DCI Jon Capps, the senior investigating officer for Thames Valley Police, said: “We believe that this is an isolated incident and that there is no wider risk to the public.”
The force confirmed that the arrested man remains in custody this morning.
