A PLANNING application to build a three-storey building to house six flats in Cave Street has been put off for a second time.
The application was withdrawn at the end of last year, then resubmitted.
Members of Oxford City Council's east area committee deferred a decision to wait for details of the planned drainage system.
The site has planning permission for five flats and the scheme is recommended for approval.
