DAVID REID, 53, of Green Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour at an address in Cowley Road in January. He must pay £100 in compensation.
UNIQUE MCPHERSON, 21, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted damaging three people’s front doors in Pegasus Road and damaging two cars in April and May. The magistrates imposed a mental health treatment requirement, 80 hours of unpaid work and £500 in compensation.
CHAEZ HOLOW, 29, of Edward Stone Rise, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 206 on the A44 near Old Chalford on February 14 without a valid licence or insurance and while over the cannabis drug-drive limit. He was fined £424, banned from the roads for 42 months and must pay £127 in costs and surcharge.
MARTIN CHARLES, 60, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted assaulting two people by beating them in a property on Windrush Valley Road in the west Oxfordshire town on New Year’s Day. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £125 in costs and surcharge.
JOHN PHELAN, 30, of Oliver Road, Oxford, admitted a harassment charge. He went to his victim’s house on two occasions and shouted at her while truing to get into the property, the charge stated. He was fined £800 and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.
SHAUN MCSHANE, 44, of Green Road, Kidlington, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply it in July 2020 and possession of class C drug Flubromazolam. He was fined £522, ordered to complete a six month drug rehabilitation requirement and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
LEWIS BOWSHER, 41, of Windle Gardens, Bicester, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. He was caught behind the wheel of a silver FordFocus in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on February 5 when tests later showed he was over the limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £500 and banned from driving for three years.
ANGEL JAY, 49, of Abingdon Road, Drayton, pleaded guilty to breaching an Oxford Crown Court-imposed restraining order by going to a woman’s property in Abingdon on May 15. He received an eight week curfew and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a two-year community order. He was ordered to pay £135 in costs and surcharge.
PAUL TRINDER, 44, of Yarnton Road, Kidlington, admitted driving a Renault van in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, last December while over the limit for drug benzoylecgonine. He was fined £600, given a 12 month driving disqualification and ordered to pay £145 in costs and surcharge.
JUSTIN COOPER, 39, of Thistledown Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting two people by beating in Oxford last June. He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation, complete up to 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
CATHERINE CUNNINGHAM, 30, of Newhaven, East Sussex, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A34 near Milton on Christmas Eve last year. He was found to have 109 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £320, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
GEORGE COURTNEY-JACOBS, 24, of Bankside, Banbury, admitted assaulting four police community support officers in South Bar Street, Banbury, in February 2021. He must pay a total of £240 in compensation to the four officers and abide by a 60 day alcohol abstinence tag.
