A Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) bollard has been left flattened after it appears to have been driven over by a vehicle.
The traffic filter on Howard Street now lies flat against the ground and is partially ripped out of its base following the act of vandalism.
Photographs taken at the scene also detail scrape on the black material of the bollard.
This is not the first time an LTN bollard has been vandalised, as several have been damaged, removed and even set on fire since the controversial traffic measures were put in place in East Oxford.

Oxfordshire County Council previously revealed it had spent more than £12,000 replacing the damaged bollards.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “Officers are aware of the vandalism and other issues relating to the Lower Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) in Oxford and are investigating all reports.
“We are also supporting Oxfordshire County Council to find solutions to the problems.
“We would encourage anyone with information about any criminality relating to the LTNs should report it to us by calling 101 or by making a report on our website.
“Alternatively, to provide information completely anonymously, contact the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
