A MAN has been charged with two breaches of his antisocial behaviour order.
Stephen O'Leary, 49, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, is expected to appear at Banbury magistrates' court on Friday, March 7.
His Asbo states he is not allowed to make any noise that could cause disturbance, harassment, alarm or distress to his neighbours. He is also prohibited from swearing, shouting or making any threats.
The order against O'Leary, granted last August, was the first civil case Asbo brought to court by West Oxfordshire District Council. Suspected breaches become a criminal matter and are dealt with by the police.
