Sauvignon Blanc Les Celliers du Prieure 2006, France: Clean, crisp appley flavours make this wine a perfect match for seafood and fish dishes.
Cuvee Caillou 2006, France: Hints of spice with redcurrant and berry fruit, this is a good match for light meats and charcuterie.
Broken Earth Shiraz/Cabernet 2005, Australia: Rich and spicy with full ripe fruit, hints of pepper and minty eucalyptus - perfect with lamb or beef dishes.
