Students from Oxford Brookes University were honoured at Buckingham Palace by the Queen today.
The Queen's Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education aim to honour outstanding achievement by UK universities and colleges.
Post-graduate courses at Brookes, training international students in primate conservation, were among those recognised at the ceremony in the palace ballroom, where medals and certificates were awarded by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
