I thought it was law for shops to have wheelchair access.
The post office in Cowley Road, Oxford, is not completely accessible. Yes, you can get a wheelchair in, but you have problems getting out.
The aisle going in is OK, but the one at the back of the shelves in the centre of the floor is blocked by racks of produce and the space left is not big enough to get a wheelchair through.
Therefore, all those in the queue have to move out, to allow the wheelchair to go out the way it came in. This is very inconvenient to everyone concerned.
