A play area which features recycled materials has opened at a county school.
Pupils at Chilton Primary School, near Didcot, are celebrating the completion of a year-long project to build the outside area.
The school's eco co-ordinator, Derek Dodd, and foundation stage co-ordinator, Rachel Downey, visited other schools to get inspiration for the project.
They were also helped by Wyevale Garden Centre and Chilton Waste, who provided recycled materials for the school to use.
Headteacher Christine Dunston said: "The garden has gradually taken shape over the year with the help of parent workparties, teachers - and Mr Dodd with his grand design. We were also helped by a Sure Start grant and our PTA."
