PUPILS at Cokethorpe School, Ducklington, are expecting to raise at least £3,000 from a sponsored walk.
Pupils, aged five to 11, were helping Cecily's Fund, based in New Yatt, by walking around the school grounds to help mark the 10th anniversary of the fund, set up in memory of Stonesfield student Cecily Eastwood, who died while volunteering in Zambia.
The money will help educate Zambian children orphaned by HIV and Aids. For more details, see www.cecilysfund.org or call 01993 869005.
