A drinker suffered facial injuries after being assaulted in an Oxford pub.
A man was in the toilets at the Shelley Arms, in Cricket Road, at about 1am on Sunday, February 3.
Another man came in and punched him in the face leaving the victim with a fractured eye socket, a fractured cheekbone and bruising.
Pc David Rogers said: "This happened in a busy pub and there are people who might have seen this happen. I am keen to speak to anyone who may be a witness and urge them to contact me."
The attacker is described as about 6ft 2in-6ft 3in, well built, white, clean shaven, with dark hair and thought to be aged between 20 and 25.
