ONE of the city's largest publishers could soon have more than a billion new readers after making its journals available to members of the public in China. Oxford Journals, a division of Oxford University Press, has signed an agreement with the Chinese Academic Library and Information System. A large number of libraries in China will now be able to stock its journals.
