MEMBERS of the Cotswold Line Promotion Group's committee will raise concerns over unreliable services on the Oxford-Worcester rail route when they meet Andrew Haines, the chief operating officer of First Great Western, today.
Last month, FGW's London and Thames Valley route director Mike Carroll told a public meeting in Charlbury that the line, through west Oxfordshire, had the poorest punctuality record on its network.
On Friday, Mr Haines said that he expected to see progress soon on moves by Network Rail to reinstate more double track on the line.
