Scores of soon-to-be brides planned the most important day of their life at the Oxford Mail Wedding Fayre.
More than 400 people went to the event at the Oxford Hotel, off the Wolvercote roundabout, yesterday.
Dozens of future brides - as well as their fiancés, family and friends - browsed stalls offering everything from wedding outfits to limousine hire and photography.
They also saw two catwalk fashion shows with models demonstrating how the wedding clothes would look.
The event is organised by the Oxford Mail and was the first of four wedding fayres planned by the paper during 2008.
Oxford Mail magazines and exhibitions manager, Rachel Legg, said: "It was fantastic. We had more than 400 people and over 150 brides."
The next Oxford Mail Wedding Fayre will be on Sunday, April 6.
