TWO teenagers shouted racial abuse at a woman, while throwing sticks and stones at her.
The incident occurred at 1.30pm on Thursday, in Thames Street, Oxford.
The victim, a woman in her thirties, was followed by two teenage boys, who threw sticks and stones at her, while shouting racial abuse.
Thames Valley Police reported there were three offenders in total, and were described as boys aged between 11 and 16 years old, wearing tracksuits.
Police officers are now appealing for anyone in the area at the time, or driving past, and witnessed the incident, to get in touch.
