A vehicle was stopped this morning as the driver was uninsured and had a provisional license only.
A car was stopped on London Road in Bicester this morning, the driver of which had a provisional licence and was unsupervised.
In addition, the driver had no insurance. The vehicle was subsequently seized.

This after a driver was arrested yesterday afternoon in Bicester for drug driving, testing positive on a drugs wipe for cannabis after being stopped by officers.
Just three weeks ago another vehicle was seized in Bicester for having no insurance, and the driver also provided a positive drug wipe for cocaine.
The drug user was arrested.
