LUCAS SMITH, 25, of George Street, Banbury, admitted remaining on a premises in Middleton Road, Banbury, that was subject to a closure order. He was found in the room on April 30, court records show. The justices fined him £75 and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

PHILLIP GRACE, 36, of Crowsley Way, Sonning Common, pleaded guilty to damaging an Audi A4 in Sonning Common on August 3, 2019. He was said to have done £13,415-worth of damage to the vehicle. The magistrates ordered he do 120 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12-month community order. He must also pay £1,500 in compensation.

BENJAMIN JARVIS-FOSTER, 32, of Ardley Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit in Oxford on October 16 last year while over the cocaine and benzoylecgonine limit and uninsured. He also admitted stealing alcohol from three Bicester shops. He was ordered to pay £65 compensation for the thefts and do 28 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £50 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SOL BOYD, 21, of Habitat Way, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance and driving without a valid licence. He was caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Crossland on Shelley Road, Oxford, on April 2 when tests showed he had 43mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £350, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £100 in costs.

He was separately dealt with for assaulting two men at a kebab house in Wallingford using a tree branch. He admitted two counts of assault and possession of the offensive weapon, namely the tree branch. Boyd was given 120 hours of unpaid work, must complete the thinking skills course with the probation service and was banned from USA Fried Chicken for a year as part of a restraining order. He must pay £200 in compensation and £100 in prosecution costs.

JAKE RIGBY, 24, of Buckthorn Crescent, Didcot, admitted drink driving a BMW 118 in Didcot. He was caught on May 1 when tests showed he had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £415, banned from the roads for 17 months and must pay £127 in costs and surcharge.

WEZLEY BONE, 23, of Bayswater Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman in May. He was given five rehabilitation activity days as part of a 12-month community order.

LUKAS HOZA, 38, of Cherry Tree Road, Harwell, admitted drink driving a Nissan Note on the A417 Reading Road, Didcot, on May 1. He had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – more than twice the legal limit. He was fined £415, banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £127 in costs and surcharge.
