The second day of rail strikes is set to take place tomorrow, with more rail chaos predicted for travellers.

Members of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers will walk out in a dispute over pay, jobs and conditions.

Many routes in Oxfordshire will be cancelled or running on reduced services, with the final trains of the day leaving at just 5.30pm.

The strikes mean that in the evening on Thursday and Saturday there will effectively be no trains.

To look at the impact the lack of trains will have, we have compared the length of a journey via train on a normal non-strike evening (June 30) with the alternative public transport available tomorrow.
