A WOMAN is in training to run the London Marathon for the first time, to raise money for charity.
Eileen Naughton will take to the streets on April 18 for the 26.2 mile route through the capital to raise money for the Meningitis Trust.
Ms Naughton, 25, who works at Focus DIY in Didcot and has been training at the Park Club, said: "Running 26.2 miles is a tough challenge in anyone's book but I have made it my goal and I am going to give it everything I have got."
