Can they fix it? Yes they can!
Just in time for what is predicted to be the hottest day of the year, the splash pads on The Leys in Witney are working again.
Witney Town Council said earlier this week that the splash pads will not be in use as "one of the sensors is not working and the water flow from the working area is erratic as a result."
But the council said the sensor will be repaired as soon as possible.
Temperatures are expected to reach 31C degrees today and now the council hassaid they have been able to find a spare part quickly and council workers have carried out the repair works.
