A post office will be temporarily closed for extensive building work.
Bassett Avenue PO in Bicester will shut at 5.30pm on Tuesday June 14 for a refurbishment that is due to take six weeks.
The branch, which is in the Co-op at 9 Bassett Avenue, is due to reopen on Saturday July 23 at 9am.
During the refurbishment customers alternative Post Offices include Bicester Post Office, 20 Sheep Street, OX26 6TB and Villiers Road Post Office, 58 Villiers Road, OX26 2BB.
Damien Haydock, Post Office partner account manager, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work.
"The safety of our customers is of paramount, therefore, to allow for the refurbishment work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily.”
This branch is used by the local businesses of Bure Park, Caversfield, Bicester North, Glory Farm, Launton, Bicester Town Centre, Langford Village and Southwold.
