ANTHONY MARTIN, 42, of no fixed address, was found guilty of breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open can of alcohol in Nettlebed in November last year. He was ordered to abide by a 60-day alcohol abstinence tag. 

ANDREW BROWN, 60, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her. He was given a 16 week prison sentence suspended for two years. He must pay £328 in costs and surcharge. 

JANET MILLIKIN, 65, of Ock Street, Abingdon, was given an absolute discharge for breaching a criminal behaviour order by striking a car while shouting and screaming in Abingdon on April 29. 

ISABELLA MOORCROFT, 18, of Alesmore Meadow, Lichfield, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Fiesta on the A4074 through Shillingford on August 30 last year. She was over the limit for MDMA. She was fined £825, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £703 in costs and surcharge. 

JASON GLOVER, 41, of High Cross Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing meat, cheese and ready meals worth £60 from the BP garage near Pear Tree on January 16. He was fined £80, must pay £60 in compensation and was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. 

MEGAN WELFORD, 25, of Orchard Way, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mini Cooper in Merton Street, Banbury, in April. Tests showed she had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge. 

DUNCAN HO, 46, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, admitted being over the drink drive limit on the A41 near Bicester. Tests showed the Lexus driver had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £169, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN PARKER, 28, of Hazel Crescent, Oxford, was found guilty of driving a black Mini One on the A415 at Standlake without due care and attention on March 25 last year. He pleaded guilty to charges of driving while unfit through drugs, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without insurance or a licence and possession of 52 tablets of class C drug Flubromazolam. He was given 24 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years, with a drug rehabilitation requirement and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service. He must pay £250 in compensation and a £128 victim surcharge.

HOLLY MUIR, 36, of Moley Gardens, Wantage, was given a conditional discharge after she admitted possession of class B drug amphetamine. She must pay £85 costs to the prosecution. 

JAMES RADBURN, 38, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to harassing a couple by going to their Banbury house while drunk and demanded to be let in. He was moved on by the police but returned later that night. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. A restraining order bans him from going to the property until November 5 this year. Radburn must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
