A distraction burglar who kept a householder talking while another crook stole her purse escaped jail today.
Oxford Crown Court heard Daniel Webb, 24, of Calder Way, Didcot, admitted two burglaries and possessing heroin.
He was sentenced to a six-month community order, a 12-month supervision order and told to attend drug rehabilitation.
