Why does anyone with accurate devices to indicate and be reminded of the time require a muezzin to call them to prayer?
Would not the simple setting of a personal, or family, alarm be sufficient and less intrusive on others? The ringing of church bells might, by some, be viewed in a similar vein.
It would be more positive to move forward with technology than to continually sound and move apart out of tune.
May one hope for a more harmonious future?
