NEIL DAVIS, 46, of Lower Icknield Way, Chinnor, admitted beating a woman in Chinnor on September 17 last year. He was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, an alcohol abstinence tag for 90 days and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
MAURICIO JIMINEZ, 37, of Templar Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being drunk in charge of a Vauxhall Zafira car on the Woodstock Road on January 29 this year. Tests showed he had 100mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates fined him £300, gave him 10 penalty points and ordered he pay £334 in costs and surcharge.
SAMUEL WEBB, 25, of Boxhill Road, Abingdon, admitted driving a VW Golf on Marcham Road, Abingdon, on November 4 last year while over the drug drive limit for cannabis. He was fined £300, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
WILLIAM CARSON, 40, of Oxford Road, Cowley, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by making 13 phone calls, sending WhatsApp messages and a YouTube link between June and September 2020. He was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a six month alcohol treatment requirement. He must pay £60 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
SHANE PECKOVER, 32, of Horton Place, Halifax, admitted drink driving a Ford Focus in Oxford Road, Bicester, on April 13. He had 106mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – around three times the legal limit. He must complete a 12 month alcohol treatment rehabilitation programme as part of his community order. He was banned from the roads for two years and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
JORDAN WEBB, 24, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, admitted possession of a knuckleduster at his home address and possession of cannabis. The weapon, which since last year it has been illegal to have in private as well as public, was found by police on April 13. He was fined £266 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge. The weapon and cannabis were ruled forfeit.
ALAN KNOTT, 46, of Catmore Close, Grove, pleaded guilty to drink driving a BMW Mini on Portway Close, East Hendred, in April. He had 67mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for a year and a half, and must pay £94 in costs and surcharge.
JAMES WALL, 32, of Halse Water, Didcot, admitted harassing a woman between March and April this year by sending her unwanted messages. He must complete the Building Better Relationships programme with the probation service, was ordered to pay £155 in costs and surcharge, and banned from contacting his victim for two years.
KOJO RITCHIE, 34, of no fixed address, was jailed for eight weeks after he admitted two assaults, including one on a police officer in April. One assault was committed in the presence of a child, the court record noted.
JAMES BUNTING, 37, of Tarragon Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to beating two women in Oxford. He was given a community order with up to 27 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
