A motorcyclist has died after his bike left the road in a west Oxfordshire village yesterday.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the fatal incident in Curbridge, near Witney.
At about 5.45pm, the red-and-black Suzuki motorbike left the A4095 Witney Road, just west of Downs Road.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene and has not yet been identified.
Pc Simon Lincoln, of Bicester roads policing department, who is investigating the incident, said: "The motorcyclist was travelling in the direction of Curbridge when he left the road.
"I appeal to anyone who has any information about the incident to contact police immediately."
