Two people have appeared in Oxford Magistrate’s Court this year for stealing from Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
Caroline Walls, 46 of Linnet Close in Oxford was busted for stealing three bottles of Bacardi totalling £61.50 from Sainsbury’s in the John Allen Centre in Cowley.
Walls attended Oxford Magistrate’s Court on April 7 and pleaded guilty to stealing form the shop on March 9, 2022.

Walls was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to comply with a drug rehabilitation programme.
Heidi Louise Mullen, 37 of Mascord Road in Banbury was caught stealing four Yankee Candle diffusers from Sainsbury’s on March 4, 2021. The diffusers cost a total of £52.
Mullen appeared at Oxford Magistrate’s Court on April 22 and pleaded guilty and was remanded in custody until April 27.
