*UPDATE* The person has been identified and the appeal has been removed by police

A victim needed hospital treatment after being punched in the face at a pizza takeaway shop in Oxford.  

The incident took place on February 20 at 12.15 in Domino's Pizza on Park End Street.

Police state that after being asked to leave the shop, the offender punched the victim in the face.

The victim suffered swelling and bleeding to their nose and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment, before being discharged.

Earlier today, Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images related to the incident.

The image has since been removed as the person has been identified. 

At the time, investigating officer, PC Daniel Squires, based at Cowley police station, said: “I am releasing these images as I believe the person pictured in the image may have important information that can assist with this investigation.”
