A man in his 30s has died after reportedly falling from a building at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
The unidentified man fell from the top of a two-storey building, according to an employee who was working at the hospital.
The source said he did not believe the man was a patient.
Police have confirmed the death.
In a statement, they said: “Officers were called to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford at around 1.10pm on Thursday (5/5) to reports that a man in his 30s had died.
“The death is being treated as unexplained but non-suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
“The man’s next of kin have been informed and our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time.”
