An Oxford court has closed a property down because of anti-social behaviour.
On April 22, Oxford Magistrates’ Court issued a closure order to the occupants of 11 Pudsey Close in Abingdon.
The closure order was made for the maximum three months and covers the entire premises.

The court stated that access to the property is prohibited to any person for that time period, except:
- Martin Berry
- Any Police Officer, Police employee or employee of any emergency service carrying out their lawful duty
- Any authorised employee or agent of the housing association
- Clare Bramwell
- Erin Berry
Closure orders are put in place to deal with, or prevent, public nuisance and disorder.
The process to close premises comprises two stages – the issuing of a closure notice followed by the issuing of a closure order.
