An Oxford restaurant reopened its doors to customers after two years, with a special Heroes Weekend event for key workers.
COSMO on Magdalen Street reopened to diners on Monday (April 25).
The reopening followed two years of closure due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to reopening to the general public, the restaurant hosted a Heroes Weekend event for key workers to celebrate and thank them for their service throughout the pandemic.
More than four hundred key workers and their families fully booked out the branch for the event that spanned across lunch and dinner sittings.
At COSMO diners can expect more than 150 freshly made dishes inspired by the best of world cuisine. The restaurant features live cooking stations and in its open kitchen buffet concept diners will be treated to food theatre.
Suzanne Wink, COSMO Oxford head of operations said: “The day is finally here and we can’t wait to fully re-open to the people of Oxford and welcome customers old and new.

COSMO Oxford will be open between 4.30pm and 9.30pm on Monday to Thursday, 4.30pm to 10:30pm on Fridays and between 12pm and 10.30pm on weekends and bank holidays.
