On Friday, Judge Michael Gledhill QC sentenced the defendant, who is now serving at HMP Wandsworth in London, to 22 months’ imprisonment.

He was caught with the ‘shiv’ – a makeshift weapon made from blades attached to a plastic handle – at HMP Bullingdon ‘on or before’ May 7, 2020.
The defendant appeared before Oxford Crown Court via video link from HMP Wandsworth.
