A woman claimed her house was taken over by drug dealers.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court on Thursday afternoon, Kirsty Buchan, 47, admitted allegations that she was in possession of class A drugs heroin and cocaine with intent to supply them in September 2020.

But her barrister, Matthew Pardoe, said the Witney woman’s pleas were entered on a basis – one that would be typed up and submitted to the court after the hearing.
“Ms Buchan was, to use the vernacular, cuckooed,” he said.
“Her premises were used – and she was aware of it – for the sale of class A drugs.”
'Cuckooing' is the term given to the practice of drug dealers taking over a property as a base from which to sell their wares.
Judge Maria Lamb bailed Buchan, of New Bridge Street, Witney. She will be sentenced at the conclusion of a co-defendant’s trial later this summer.
