TWO major high street food chains are set to open in Oxfordshire this summer.
It has been announced that Nando’s and Pizza Express are to open at Banbury’s Castle Quay in early summer.
The popular chicken restaurant – famed for its peri-peri flavour – will open alongside Pizza Express at Castle Quay’s Waterfront section.
Already at Waterfront is The Light, a 55,000 square feet entertainment space over three floors.

The Light includes a seven-screen cinema, bowling alley and retro arcade.
In August, a 117-room Premier Inn opened at Waterfront, with the hotel including a canal side restaurant.
Waterfront also has a Lidl store.
The two new restaurants join Castle Quay which already has the Lock29 area, where there is a variety of independent food, drink and retail outlets.
