A man appeared before the Easter court accused of breaching his community order.
Waqas Latif, 25, was given the 12 month order in January for failing to comply with a roadside drugs test and, later, for failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis.

He was due before the Oxford magistrates last week to answer an allegation that he’d breached the order by failing to attend two unpaid work sessions in February and March.
Latif, of Milton Road, Oxford, appeared before the JPs at Saturday’s remand court. The lack of a probation officer at the Easter court meant the matter had to be adjourned until April 26. Latif was bailed.

Kate McNab appeared for the defendant, who spoke only to confirm his name and other personal details.
