DARREN GOVES, 52, of Folly View Road, Faringdon, was found guilty of breaching a non-molestation order by going to a property in Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, on July 18 last year. He admitted obstructing a constable on July 19. He was ordered to do up to eight rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £400 in costs.
SCOTT FOX, 38, of Iffley Turn, Oxford, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis on November 4 last year. He was banned from driving for 17 months, ordered to take part in a drug rehabilitation programme as part of a community order and must pay £445 in costs and surcharge.
ANDREW CLARK, 44, of Villiers Road, Bicester, was found guilty of driving a BMW X5 on June 12 last year while over the drug drive limit for Clonazepam and cannabis. He was fined £180, banned from driving for a year and must pay £384 in costs and surcharge.
GARY EVANS, 30, of Appleby Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her and damaging her mobile phone, glasses and coat. He was sentenced to 18 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half. He must pay £800 compensation and do up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The magistrates ordered he pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
RACHEL NIMMO, 37, of High Street, Kidlington, was fined £135, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £159 in costs and surcharge after she admitted driving while over the cannabis drug driving limit.
PIOTR CIESIELSKI, 52, of Arundel Place, Banbury, was found guilty of assaulting a police constable in Arundel Place and Edmunds Road, Banbury, on March 9, 2021, and possession of cannabis in the same location and on the same date. He was fined £180 for the assault and £50 for the class B drug possession. The magistrates ordered he pay £300 towards the cost of the prosecution and a £34 victim surcharge.
NATALIE CLARKE, 41, of Rockwood Avenue, Sandhurst, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a PC King in Didcot on December 20, 2020. She had originally pleaded not guilty to the charge but changed her pleas. The prosecution offered no evidence to support other charges, which were denied, that she was drunk and disorderly at Didcot Railway Station and obstructed a female police officer. The magistrates ordered she pay £100 compensation and £200 in costs.
DANIEL MILNER, 26, of Bartlet Close, Witney, was fined £250 after he admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence order by missing an induction appointment with his supervising probation officer on October 27, 2020. The order was made on September 30 of that year.
TONY REECE, 33, of Purslane Drive, Bicester, admitted breaching a suspended sentence by skipping planned office visits in February. He was fined £100 by the magistrates.
EMMANUEL TAGOE, 41, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a suspended sentence order imposed last July. He failed to attend unpaid work in February and March this year. The magistrates varied the 12 week suspended sentence, removing the unpaid work requirement and replacing it with a further 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
