A man accused of flashing a woman outside Costa Coffee is wanted on an arrest warrant.
Edward Fleming, 26, is accused of exposing himself outside the café chain’s branch in Market Place, Wantage, on February 11.
At the time, police said a man had allegedly flashed his genitals at a woman in her 20s after tailing her for quarter of an hour.

The defendant, of Springfield Road, Wantage, was due before Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday morning to answer the charge.
When he failed to attend, Deputy Chief Magistrate Tan Ikram issued a warrant for his arrest.
Indecent exposure carries a maximum sentence of two years’ imprisonment if the case is dealt with at the crown court. The magistrates’ powers of punishment are limited to six months in jail for one offence.
