Three people were fined by a court in Oxford last month for using their mobile phone while behind the wheel.
The people appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court in March.

On March 2, Michael Maughan, of Weldon Road in Oxford, appeared at court.
The court found he used his mobile phone on the Northern By-Pass Road on July 19 2021.
26-year old Maughan was fined £138, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £310.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
On March 16, Niketa Mattu, of Faringdon Road in Abingdon, appeared at court.
The court found that on May 9 2021 she used her mobile phone while driving on Temple Way in Bristol.
The court fined the 22-year old £66, made her pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
On March 22, Mark Carroll, of Cromwell Way in Kidlington, appeared at court.
Court documents stated that the 51-year old used his mobile phone on Wildmere Road in Banbury on June 9 2021.
Carroll was fined £192, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six points penalty points.
New laws came into force on March 8, with police able to fine you £200 and hand out penalty points for mobile phone use.
