Oxford has been revealed as the third best place to raise a sustainable family, according to new research.
Bower Collective, a company that creates sustainable products, analysed the ratio per child of local outdoor learning schools, the number of second-hand childrenswear listed online, the number of allotments, the number of public farms and family-friendly nature days out to identify the best places to raise an eco-friendly family.

Oxford ranked third for access to local allotments with more than 22 spaces listed. The city also has 56 family-friendly days out to explore and six outdoor learning organisations.
Regionally, the South East ranked as the best region in England to raise a sustainable family, with four towns and cities ranking in the top 10.
