A unique festival dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible is returning to Oxfordshire for a second year.
Around 300 people are expected to head to Fit Farm Festival in Frilford in July for a day full of yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, bootcamp, street dance, tyre flipping, HIIT, deadlifting and barre. The event will also include a kids zone, creative workshops, specialist talks and local food and drink.
The festival was set up by two female founded Oxfordshire fitness businesses, The Project PT and Fitness At The Farm. The pair met during the pandemic and found their shared passion for making fitness non-judgemental, sociable and open to all.

Leah Maclean, who runs Fitness At The Farm, said: “We wanted to bring people together and give them a chance to celebrate and try new things. Last year was a success, we had over 200 people come along, and we are excited to build on that this year.”

Ajaye Hunn-Phillips co-founder of The Project PT said: “Exercise can make you feel great, but it can feel hard and scary to try new things. Lots of people worry that they don’t fit in at a gym or class, but everyone is welcome at the festival and there is movement for everyone.”
Fit Farm Festival is set to take place on Saturday July 2 at Collins Farm in Frilford from 10am to 6pm.
